Job summary

Paytm Payments Services is seeking a results-driven sales leader to grow QR & Soundbox adoption across multiple locations in the assigned area. You will drive distribution, build a high-performing team, and ensure market coverage through proactive coaching and field presence.

The role requires a graduate with strong leadership, willingness to travel, and a growth mindset to accelerate merchant adoption and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Must have experience leading a sales team to drive QR & Soundbox sales across multiple locations.
• Strong ability to coach, mentor and train field teams to achieve targets.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
• Graduate/Post Graduate degree as stated in the role.

Responsibilities

• Grow distribution and market share in the assigned area.
• Ensure visibility and accountability through extensive QR & Soundbox deployments.
• Recruit and develop a sales team aligned with market goals.
• Communicate plans and targets clearly to the team to minimize delivery gaps.
• Monitor quality parameters and conduct audits on acquisitions and sales by the team.
• Ensure field presence in the market where sales/usage occur regularly.

About the role:

The person should be capable of increasing the sale of QR & Soundbox through proper channels to the merchants across multiple locations.

Expectations/Requirements:

• Grow Distribution and Market share in the assigned area of operations.
• Visibility Accountability through Extensive QR & Sound box deployment and sale of the product.
• Identify and Recruit the sales team to align and drive business in the market.
• Skilled in coaching and mentoring, a quick learner who grasps and puts into application new learned ideas and concepts.
• Plan the market size, span and geographies for FSE.
• Should be able to devise the best methods for communication of plans/targets to the team so as to minimize the expectations vs delivery gap.
• Monitor the Quality parameters as suggested by the management.
• Validate and conduct the audits on the acquisitions and sales done by the team.
• Ensure the team members are in the market where sales & usage are done regularly.
• Should have good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively throughout their specified area.
