Job summary

Paytm Payments Services is seeking a driven field sales leader to grow QR and Soundbox sales across assigned districts. The role focuses on expanding distribution, establishing channels, and driving merchant adoption through effective coaching and strategic market planning.

The candidate should be a graduate with demonstrated leadership, networking, and travel readiness to manage extensive field operations and meet ambitious targets in a dynamic payments landscape.

Qualifications

• Grow Distribution and Market share in the assigned area of operations.
• Visibility and accountability through extensive QR & Soundbox deployment and sale of the product.
• Identify and Recruit the sales team to align and drive business in the market.
• Plan the market size, span and geographies for FSE.
• Devise the best methods for communication of plans/targets to the team.
• Monitor the Quality parameters as suggested by the management.
• Validate and conduct the audits on the acquisitions and sales done by the team.
• Ensure the team members are in the market where sales & usage are done regularly.
• Travel extensively across the specified area.

The person should be capable of increasing the sale of QR & Soundbox through proper channels to the merchants across multiple locations.

Expectations/Requirements:

• Grow Distribution and Market share in the assigned area of operations.
