Paytm Payments Services is recruiting for a field sales role focused on growing QR & Soundbox adoption across multiple locations. You will drive distribution, recruit and develop the sales team, and ensure deployment quality and market penetration.

The role requires leadership experience, a graduate degree, and a growth mindset, with willingness to travel and build a strong merchant network across assigned regions in India.

• Identify and recruit a sales team to drive market growth.

• Plan market size, span and geographies for FSE.
• Communicate plans/targets effectively to the team to minimize gaps.
• Monitor quality parameters as directed by management.
• Validate and audit acquisitions and sales by the team.
• Ensure team presence in markets where sales occur regularly.
• Develop networking capabilities and willingness to travel extensively.

About the team:

Dairy verticals include digital payment enablement at all Dairy outlets and its ecosystem, and other

retail business. This team is predominantly responsible for handling end-to-end sales and operations of this category.

About the role:

The person should be capable of increasing the sale of QR & Soundbox through proper channels to the merchants across multiple locations.

Expectations/ Requirements:

• Grow Distribution and Market share in the assigned area of operations.
• Visibility Accountability through Extensive QR & Sound box deployment and sale of the product.
• Identify and Recruit the sales team to align and drive business in the market.
• Skilled in coaching and mentoring, a quick learner who grasps and puts into application new learned ideas and concepts.
• Plan the market size, span and geographies for FSE.
• Should be able to devise the best methods for communication of plans/targets to the team so as to minimize the expectations vs delivery gap.
• Monitor the Quality parameters as suggested by the management.
• Validate and conduct the audits on the acquisitions and sales done by the team.
• Ensure the team members are in the market where sales & usage are done regularly
• Should have good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively throughout their specified area.
