ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Redis, Kafka and Microservices , along with strong architectural and team leadership capabilities.

The ideal candidate should have experience developing high-performance, scalable and low-latency applications , preferably within the Telecom domain , particularly around Policy & Charging systems .

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Microservices: Strong understanding of microservices architecture, design patterns, communication protocols and deployment strategies.
• Kafka: Hands-on experience with Kafka, event-driven architecture and real-time data streaming.
• Redis: Experience using Redis as a caching layer and data store.
• Telecom: Strong understanding of 3G/4G/5G networks and 3GPP specifications , particularly related to Policy & Charging systems .
• PCC / PCF / PCRF: Hands-on or strong functional/technical knowledge of Telecom Policy & Charging platforms.
• Database: Experience with MySQL and/or PostgreSQL.
• Architecture: Ability to design scalable, reliable and robust application architectures.
