Job Title: Technical Lead (Java/SpringBoot/Cloud)

Experience: 10 to 12 Years

Overview

We are seeking a highly accomplished andcharismatic Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery ofhigh-volume, scalable, and secure enterprise applications. The ideal candidatewill possess deep expertise in the Java ecosystem, particularly with SpringBoot and Microservices Architecture, coupled with significant experience in CloudSolutions (AWS/Azure) and DevOps practices. This role requires a proven leadercapable of setting "big picture" strategy while mentoring ahigh-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadthe architecture and design of complex, scalable, and secure cloud-nativeapplications using Java/J2EE and the Spring Boot Framework.
• Designand implement Microservices Architecture and RESTful/SOAP APIs.
• SpearheadCloud Solution Architecture, including the design and optimization of cloud-basedinfrastructure deployment with auto-scaling, fault-tolerant, andreliability capabilities (AWS/Azure).
• Guideteams on applying Architecture Concepts, Architectural Styles, and DesignPatterns (e.g., UML, Object-Oriented Analysis and Design).
• SolutionArchitect complex migrations of enterprise applications to Cloud.
• ConductProof-of-Concepts (PoC) for new technologies like Blockchain (HyperLedger) for solutions such as Identity Management.

Technical Leadership & Development

• Leadthe entire software development process from conception to completionwithin an Agile/Waterfall and Cleanroom Engineering environment.
• Defineand enforce best practices and coding standards for Java development,ensuring code quality, security, and performance optimization.
• Implementand manage CI/CD Pipelines & DevOps Practices to automatedelivery.
• Overseecloud migration and transformation programs for enterprise applications,focusing on reducing infrastructure costs and improving scalability.
• Troubleshootand resolve complex technical issues related to the Java/Spring Bootstack, databases (SQL Server, Oracle, My-SQL, Postgres SQL, ElasticSearch, Redis), and cloud components.
• Ensurethe adoption of Test Driven Development (TDD), Unit Testing, and MockTest-Driven Development practices.

People & Delivery Management

• Actas a Charismatic people leader and Transformative Force, building and mentoringhigh-performing teams from the ground up.
• DriveDelivery Management, collaborating with stakeholders to align technicalsolutions with business objectives and managing large-scale programs frominitiation to delivery.
• UtilizeExcellent Communication & Presentation Skills to articulate technicalstrategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Technical Skills

• Languages:Java (JDK1.5+), Spring Core Framework, Spring Batch, Java Server Pages(JSP), Servlets, Apache Struts, JSON, Hibernate.
• Cloud:Extensive experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) (Solution Architectcertification preferred) and familiarity with Azure.
• Databases:Strong proficiency in MS SQL Server, Oracle, My-SQL, Postgres SQL, andNoSQL/Caching (Elastic Search, Redis).

Education and Certifications

• Master'sor Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• CertifiedAmazon Web Services Solution Architect (or equivalent).
• Experienceor certification in leadership is a plus.
