Job summary

Hyatt Centric Sector 17 Chandigarh is seeking a Team Leader - Housekeeping to uphold Hyatt International's standards and ensure smooth daily operations of the housekeeping team within the hotel.

You will oversee cleanliness of guest rooms and floors, align with brand strategies, and support staff to meet guest expectations while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience hotel operations.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the efficient running of the housekeeping department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards.
• Manage all functions related to the cleanliness of the hotel’s guest rooms and floors to meet standards and guest expectations.
