Job summary

Paytm Payments Services is seeking a results‑driven field sales professional to expand QR and Soundbox adoption across multiple locations. You will lead and mentor a sales team, ensuring robust merchant onboarding and consistent revenue growth in your designated area.

The ideal candidate holds a Graduate or Post Graduate degree, possesses strong networking skills, and is willing to travel frequently to meet merchants and drive market expansion.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Grow distribution and market share in the assigned area.
• Increase QR & Sound box deployments and sales to merchants.
• Identify and recruit a sales team to drive business in the market.
• Plan market size, span and geographies for the field sales executive (FSE).
• Communicate plans and targets clearly to the team to bridge delivery gaps.
• Monitor quality parameters as per management guidelines.
• Validate and audit acquisitions and sales by the team.

About the role:

The person should be capable of increasing the sale of QR & Soundbox through proper channels to the merchants across multiple locations.

Expectations/Requirements:

• Grow Distribution and Market share in the assigned area of operations.
• Visibility Accountability through Extensive QR & Sound box deployment and sale of the product.
• Identify and Recruit the sales team to align and drive business in the market.
• Skilled in coaching and mentoring, a quick learner who grasps and puts into application new learned ideas and concepts.
• Plan the market size, span and geographies for FSE.
• Should be able to devise the best methods for communication of plans/targets to the team so as to minimize the expectations vs delivery gap.
• Monitor the Quality parameters as suggested by the management.
• Validate and conduct the audits on the acquisitions and sales done by the team.
• Ensure the team members are in the market where sales & usage are done regularly.
• Should have good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively throughout their specified area.
