Job summary

Paytm is India’s leading mobile payments and financial services distribution company. The role focuses on increasing QR and Soundbox sales through proper channels to merchants across multiple locations, with a strong emphasis on market growth and team leadership.

The ideal candidate will recruit and coach a sales team, plan market coverage for FSE, and travel extensively to ensure regular in-market activity and achievement of targets.

Qualifications

• Grow Distribution and Market share in the assigned area of operations.
• Visibility and accountability through extensive QR & Sound box deployment and sale of the product.
• Identify and recruit the sales team to align and drive business in the market.
• Skilled in coaching and mentoring, a quick learner who grasps and puts into application new learned ideas and concepts.
• Plan the market size, span and geographies for FSE.
• Devise the best methods for communication of plans/targets to the team to minimize the gap between expectation and delivery.
• Monitor the Quality parameters as suggested by the management.
• Validate and conduct audits on acquisitions and sales done by the team.
• Ensure the team members are in the market where sales & usage are done regularly and be willing to travel extensively.

Responsibilities
