Job summary

Fairdebt Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in Noida seeks a Team Leader – Collections to manage a 15–25 member collection team on-site. You will drive productivity, daily targets, and loan recovery with a focus on PTP and conversions, while coordinating huddles, audits, and barge-ins.

The role requires 2–3 years in tele-collections or NBFC/fintech environments, with strong Hindi and English communication and proficient MS Excel use for daily reporting.

Qualifications

• Graduate or professional degree required.
• 2–3 years’ experience in tele-collections or loan recovery.
• Experience in fintech/NBFC environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage team productivity, calls & daily targets.
• Achieve loan recovery targets and monitor targets.
• Monitor PTP and conversion; conduct huddles and call audits.
• Handle escalated customer calls & settlements; ensure RBI-compliant practices.
• Maintain daily recovery reports in MS Excel.
