Job summary

Protalk Solutions, Mohali-based, is seeking a Team Lead for its domestic BPO operations. The role requires proven team leadership, 2–3 years of BPO experience, and strong written communication to drive performance and service quality.

You will mentor agents, manage workflows, and coordinate with clients to ensure SLAs are met. Health, wellness, and learning & development support are provided as part of the package.
