Job summary

Vizhve8 Hr Services is seeking a Team Leader with at least 1 year of international BPO experience to lead a motivated team. The role requires excellent English communication and strong people management skills to drive targets and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Candidate should demonstrate coaching abilities and be comfortable with 24x7 rotational shifts, monitoring performance metrics, and escalating issues as needed. CTC is up to 7 LPA in Mumbai, India.
