Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks a Team Leader - Bartender / Cashier to support the smooth running of the beverage outlets and assist the Bar Manager in delivering outstanding guest service in line with Hyatt standards.

You will lead front-of-house service, ensure efficient outlet operation, and mentor staff to provide courteous, professional, and flexible service at all times, upholding brand objectives across hospitality environments.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations.
• Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, while meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
• Provide courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times in customer and bar service at the hotel's beverage outlets, supporting the Bar Manager in outlet management.

The Team Leader -Bartender / Cashier is responsible to assist with the customer and bar service at the hotel's selected beverage outlets and is also responsible to assist the Bar Manager in ensuring that the outlet is managed efficiently according to the established concept statement, providing courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times.

Qualifications
