Job summary

Digitide is seeking a capable team lead in Lucknow to administratively manage a team, monitor performance and drive essential KPIs in a dynamic outsourcing setup.

You will motivate team members, analyze reports to boost productivity, and improve service quality to increase client delight. The role requires a 12th pass or undergraduate qualification with 1–2 years in the current role, no warning letters in the last 6 months, and mandatory e-learning certification.

Responsibilities

• Administratively manage a team & monitor their performance
• Motivate and recognize team members through implementation of the R&R programs
• Analyze various reports to enhance productivity
• Improve quality of service and increase client delight
• Prepare and submit periodic reports of Team performance and identify gaps or scope of improvement
• Ensure all team members are equipped to handle customer queries
• Meet team targets like AHT, Quality score, CSAT, conversions
• Plan, prioritize and delegate work tasks to ensure proper functioning of team
• Improve retention of employees
• Manage to achieve process KPI & SLA

Responsibilities
