The ideal candidate holds a CPA license, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and 4+ years of public tax accounting experience. Proactive client communication and strong technical tax skills are essential.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance is required.
• Valid CPA license is mandatory.
• 4+ years of public tax accounting experience or similar.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients on tax returns, tax research, tax communications, and other requested deliverables.
• Provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and mentoring to the Tax Team.
• Build strong client relationships and provide tax planning, consulting, and technical expertise.
• Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with applicable laws and timelines.
• Communicate proactively with clients and engagement partners regarding status and opportunities.
• Review tax workpapers and tax provision calculations prepared by associates.
• Participate in business development initiatives and growth strategies.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Provide innovative tax planning solutions and review complex income tax returns.
