Job summary

Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking a seasoned Team Lead Membership to drive business delivery and performance per SLA. Will report to Associate Manager – Business Operations, coordinating with onshore partners and multiple stakeholders to meet process delivery requirements.

The role demands 8+ years of experience in US Healthcare/Eligibility and strong communication, leadership, and data-driven decision making in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree Non-BTech preferably
• EXPERIENCE 8+ years of overall experience including extra-ordinary internal personal skills, communication skills
• US Healthcare / Eligibility Experience
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• In-depth knowledge of US Health Care and Performance Metrics
• Flexible to work in any shifts/Work from the office

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing a team of 18 to 25 direct reports.
• Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring goals and objectives are met, and provide constructive feedback.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly internal/external metrics (Utilization, Internal & External Accuracy, TAT, Productivity).
• Inventory management, assessing capacity shortages and requirements for overtime.
• Ensure SOPs and training materials are up to date.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to team members to improve performance.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide recognition.
• Monitor team performance and take corrective action to achieve goals.
• Act as a liaison with internal and external business partners for process updates, additional scope, and training.
• Collaborate with other leaders for inter-team support.
• Forecasting and capacity planning.
• Manage new hire associates and plan their training and refresher training as needed.
• Excellent data management and presentation skills (MS Office – minimum).
• Willing to work in any shifts based on business requirements.
• Ensure 100% adherence to process specifications and compliance for self and team members.
• Manage employee retention and engagement (attrition within target range and ESAT scores).
• Contribute to recruitment through participation in screening and interviewing candidates.

JOB PURPOSE

Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking a highly creative and meticulous Team Lead Membership , who will be responsible for all business delivery & performance as per set SLA parameters.
