Job summary

NopalCyber is seeking a skilled Program Manager to oversee the security services delivery for clients, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met. You will coordinate security operations, vulnerability management, threat detection, incident response, IAM, and governance to strengthen client defenses.

In this role, you will drive project schedules, align initiatives with business goals, and report progress to senior leadership and customers, building trusted relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity services per SLAs and KPIs.
• Oversees security operations including vulnerability management, threat detection, incident response, identity and access management, and governance activities.
• Ensure timely implementation of security controls, remediation activities, and risk mitigation plans.
• Monitor service performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead cybersecurity projects from initiation through closure.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Manage project schedules, dependencies, and risks.
• Provide regular status reporting to senior leadership and customers.
