Job summary

Invesco is seeking a Team Lead for GRE Operations in Hyderabad to manage analysts supporting strategic analytics, real estate research, data analytics, forecasting, and client reporting.

You will lead day-to-day operations, drive continuous improvement, and mentor a global team while collaborating with compliance, portfolio management, and business development to deliver data-backed insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, business, real estate, technology, or analytics field.
• 8–12 years of experience in analytics, real estate research, data science, BI, or related field.
• At least 3 years of people-leadership experience in an analytical or research environment.
• Proven experience managing global stakeholders, projects, automation initiatives, and cross-functional delivery.
• Strong experience with Power BI, Python, SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysts in GRE operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant deliverables.
• Oversee market research, real estate forecasts, and strategic insights to support investments.
• Develop forecasting models and translate business needs into actionable analysis.
• Lead data analytics, modelling, and automation initiatives using ML and AI-enabled solutions.
