Nelito System in Navi Mumbai is seeking an experienced Team Lead Full Stack .NET Core Developer to direct the design, development, testing and deployment of scalable web apps across front-end and back-end layers.

You should lead development teams, conduct code reviews, ensure delivery ownership and mentor engineers, with hands-on expertise in .NET Core, Web API, SQL Server, EF Core or Dapper, Blazor/Angular/React, CI/CD and Docker. This role focuses on building robust, high-quality software.

Formación

• 8+ years of software development experience with full stack focus.
• Strong hands-on expertise in .NET Core, Web API, SQL Server.
• Experience with EF Core or Dapper.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks (Blazor, Angular, React, Vue).
• CI/CD pipelines and containerization with Docker/Kubernetes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead backend design and architecture for RESTful APIs using .NET Core Web API.
• Guide front-end development using Blazor or modern JS frameworks and ensure seamless API consumption.
• Oversee database design with SQL Server; write stored procedures and optimize queries.
• Maintain high test coverage with unit/integration tests using xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest.
• Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines; deploy to IIS, Azure App Services or containers; monitor post-deployment stability.
• Mentor team members; conduct code reviews; ensure timely delivery and quality standards.

Team Lead Full Stack .NET Core Developer

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead Full Stack .NET Core Developer to lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable web applications across front-end and back-end layers. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in .NET Core, Web API, SQL Server, modern front-end frameworks, CI/CD, and Docker, along with proven experience in leading development teams, code reviews, delivery ownership, and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

Back-End Development (.NET Core)

• Design and develop RESTful APIs using .NET Core Web API
• Implement business logic, middleware, and service layers
• Handle data access using Entity Framework Core (EF Core) or Dapper
• Write clean, testable, scalable code following SOLID principles
• Lead backend architecture and code quality standards

Front-End Development

• Build responsive, interactive UIs using Blazor or modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js
• Ensure API consumption and data display follow modern UI/UX best practices
• Implement form validations, routing, and state management
• Guide front-end developers on integration and performance best practices

Database Design & Management

• Design relational databases using SQL Server or other RDBMS
• Write stored procedures, views, and optimize queries
• Perform data migrations and seeding using EF Core or specialized scripts
• Review database design and query performance

Testing & Debugging

• Write and maintain unit tests, integration tests, and API tests using xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest
• Debug front-end and back-end issues using IDE tools and browser consoles
• Ensure high test coverage and overall code reliability
• Drive testing standards and release readiness across the team

DevOps & Deployment Support

• Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins
• Deploy applications to IIS, Azure App Services, or containers (Docker)
• Monitor applications post-deployment and handle hotfixes or rollback plans
• Support basic Kubernetes-based deployments

Team Lead Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards
• Plan sprint deliverables and track progress with stakeholders
• Coordinate with QA, DevOps, and product teams for smooth delivery
