Qualifications

• 2.5–4 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development and team leadership.
• Strong foundation in both frontend and backend technologies.
• Ability to architect systems balancing scalability, maintainability and performance.
• Experience mentoring junior developers and fostering collaboration.
• Proficient in communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail in code and design decisions.

Responsibilities
