Job summary

Wipro in Bangalore is seeking a capable Team Leader to oversee a content moderation team on a 24x7 shift. You will coach members, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to quality metrics.

The role requires 3+ years in people management, strong communication, and a working knowledge of key operational metrics; Lean/Six Sigma is a plus. Location noted as Bangalore; graduate degree required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in people management or team leadership.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of operations metrics: AHT, SL, Attrition, Shrinkage.
