ASSPL in West Bengal's Kolkata delivery center is seeking a Team Lead for LM operations. You will manage end-to-end operations at one large site or a combination of small sites and support the DC manager in performance management and driving the operational plan.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in warehousing, logistics or manufacturing, strong execution, people management, and proficiency in English and MS Excel. Must read, write, and communicate effectively.

• Strong execution skills, action oriented, go getter.
• Resourceful to identify the way to get things done using limited resources.
• Ability to work under pressure situations.
• Ability to work in ambiguous situations and to come out with solutions as per the situations faced.
• Good people management skills.
• Comfortable with reading, writing and communicating in English.
• Proficiency in MS Excel

We're seeking a Team lead for our Delivery center. In this role you will be responsible for shift operations at our DCs and support the DC manager in performance management and driving the operational plan.

Key job responsibilities

We're seeking a Team lead for our LM operations. In this role, you will be responsible for:

Basic Qualifications

• Speak, write, and read fluently in English
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
