Job summary

ASSPL Odisha is seeking a Team Lead for our transportation and delivery operations. You will supervise shift operations at our delivery centers and assist the center manager with performance management and executing the operational plan.

The role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, with strong communication skills and a proven ability to optimize delivery processes and meet peak-time demands.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
• Experience with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure enough bandwidth in delivery team to ensure peak time delivery management
