Onboarding and process improvements are part of the role. This is a full-time position based in Ranchi.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and motivate team members to achieve individual and team performance targets
• Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor workflow to ensure deadlines are met
• Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback
• Act as the primary point of contact between team members and upper management
• Identify training needs and support the development of team members' skills
• Resolve conflicts and address performance issues in a fair and timely manner
• Monitor team performance metrics and report progress to senior management
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and positive team culture
• Assist in onboarding and training new team members
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
