Name of the role: Team Lead
Purpose of the role: Lead and coordinate the onboarding operations team to ensure effective execution, accurate distributor data validation, timely issue resolution and escalation, and consistent support across global distributor onboarding activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the team’s day-to-day activities and performance, including:
- o Validation and tracking of distributor data
- o End-to-end visibility of onboarding progress
- o Proactive identification and mitigation of onboarding risks
- o Coordinating operational support for Operations and Account Managers
- Ensure team readiness by providing access to required tools and systems
- Work closely with project managers to understand project requirements and timelines
- Optimize resource allocation to maximize team efficiency and throughput
- Guide issue resolution and ensure timely escalations to support team execution
- Respond quickly to changes in resource availability or project demand
- Maintain clear stakeholder communication on resource status and project progress
- Ensure team compliance with internal policies (e.g., mandatory training, timecards)
- Conduct regular 1:1s and performance reviews to track outcomes, set expectations, and address gaps
Good to have:
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA or Salesforce
- Networking fundamentals (routing & switching, IP addressing, subnetting, device configuration, static/dynamic routing)
- Background in Order Management, Supply Chain, or Service Delivery
- Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM)
- Familiarity with Juniper and HPE networking platforms and solutions
- Experience supporting onboarding or enablement programs
Skill Requirements
Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress
- 2+ years of experience leading and managing teams
- Strong ability to set priorities, plan, and coordinate work
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accurate, high-quality deliverables
- Clear and professional communication (written & verbal)
- Experience working in cross-functional and global environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, such as SharePoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
