Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a Salesforce-focused Solution Architect to define end-to-end architecture for Marketing and Sales ecosystems, including Sales Cloud, Pardot, and Marketing Cloud, with emphasis on data flows and campaign orchestration.

You will align with Marketing, Sales, and CX stakeholders, translate objectives into blueprints with KPIs, guide integration with external systems, and ensure security, performance, and data governance across platforms.

Responsibilities

• 1. Define end-to-end architecture for Salesforce Marketing and Sales ecosystems, including: Sales Cloud, Account Engagement (Pardot), Marketing Cloud (if applicable)
• 2. Design scalable, reusable, and modular solutions aligned to enterprise architecture standards
• 3. Ensure high performance, security, and data integrity across systems
• 4. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate goals into solution blueprints with measurable KPIs and ROI considerations

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Solution Architecture & Design
  
  
  
  • Define end-to-end architecture for Salesforce Marketing and Sales ecosystems, including:

  • Customer data flows, segmentation, and campaign orchestration
  
  
  • Design scalable, reusable, and modular solutions aligned to enterprise architecture standards
  
  
  • Ensure high performance, security, and data integrity across systems
  
  
  
  


• 2. Business & Stakeholder Alignment
  
  
  
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, CX teams) to:
  
  
  • Understand goals such as lead generation, conversion optimization, pipeline acceleration
  
  
  • Translate business objectives into solution blueprints with measurable KPIs
  
  
  • Provide architectural recommendations that maximize ROI (e.g., campaign efficiency, conversion uplift, cost optimization)
  
  
  
  


• 3. Salesforce Platform Expertise
  
  
  
  • Lead design across:
  
  
  • Lead lifecycle management (Lead MQL SQL Opportunity)
  
  
  • Campaign management & attribution models
  
  
  • Marketing automation journeys
  
  
  • Ensure best practices for:
  
  
  • Data model design (Contacts, Accounts, Campaigns, Custom Objects)
  
  
  • Data quality, deduplication, and governance
  
  
  • Role hierarchy, sharing, and security model
  
  
  
  


• 4. Integration & Data Architecture
  
  
  
  • Architect integrations with:
  
  
  • External systems (CDP, ERP, Web platforms)
  
  
  • APIs,
