Roles and Responsibilities:
Technical Development & Configuration:
- Lead and support full-cycle implementation of Teamcenter 14.x, including blueprinting, configuration, training, cut-over, and post go-live support.
- Set up Teamcenter environments from scratch, including High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) configurations.
- Manage Access Manager, Workflows, Organization setup, and Classification within Teamcenter.
- Configure Revision Rules, Variant Rules, and Assemblies using business logic.
- Develop batch scripts and customize Active Workspace (AWC) including stylesheets, preferences, tiles, and workspaces.
Integration & Data Migration:
- Implement and manage integrations like T4EA, T4S, T4O, and CAD connectors.
- Migrate data from legacy applications to Teamcenter, ensuring accurate mapping and validation.
Operational Support:
- Provide user and admin support for Teamcenter and Active Workspace environments.
- Troubleshoot issues related to client setup, connection problems, data/process locks, and import/export tasks.
- Draft comprehensive documentation on installation procedures, configuration best practices, and troubleshooting.
- Guide cross-functional teams, including geographically distributed members, in achieving project goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical issue resolution and platform-related decisions.
- Provide mentorship and technical leadership to team members and implementation partners.
Compliance & Safety:
- Follow and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security policies and programs.
Skills Required:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Teamcenter PLM development, with at least 5 years on version 14.x.
- Expertise in PLM modules: BOM Management, Part Management, Change Management, Classification, Workflow, and Product Configurator.
- Experience with declarative programming and AWBuild.
- Strong skills in Active Directory integration, ACL configuration, and web service development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a multi-national and cross-time zone team environment.
- Background in manufacturing or engineering domains.
