Masai is seeking a Teaching Assistant – Analytics with AI to support learners during their journey. You will assist with live classes, clarify concepts, evaluate assignments, and help students apply analytics skills through practical problems.
This is a contractual, part-time role designed for working professionals and students. You’ll work mainly during weekday evenings and weekend slots, collaborating with faculty to enhance learner outcomes and engagement.
We are looking for a Teaching Assistant – Analytics with AI to support learners throughout their learning journey. You will work closely with faculty and students to provide real-time academic support, clarify concepts, evaluate assignments, and help learners apply analytics concepts through practical problem-solving.
This is a contractual, part-time role, and compensation will be based on the scope of work and deliverables outlined in the MOU.
Our programs are designed for working professionals and students, so sessions are primarily scheduled during:
Weekdays: 8:00 PM onwards
Weekends: Flexible availability during the day
Provide real-time support to students during live classes through chat and other communication channels.
Conduct live doubt-clearing sessions and help students understand complex concepts.
Provide 1:1 mentoring to students and assist them with individual learning challenges.
Evaluate assignments, projects, and assessments and provide constructive, actionable feedback.
Help students troubleshoot technical and analytical problems.
Monitor batch progress and learner engagement and identify areas where students may need additional support.
Share learner feedback and observations with the faculty and curriculum team to improve the learning experience.
Support students in applying analytics concepts to practical, real-world problems.
Candidates should have strong knowledge of Data Analytics and related technologies, with hands‑on experience in areas such as:
Advanced Excel, including Pivot Tables, Lookups, and data analysis
Data cleaning and data wrangling
Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA)
Statistical analysis
Hypothesis testing
SQL
Joins, subqueries, and complex queries
Data extraction and manipulation
Python or R
Data manipulation and analysis
Relevant analytics libraries and frameworks
Tableau
Power BI
Python libraries such as Pandas, Matplotlib, and Seaborn
Dashboard creation and data storytelling
Fundamentals of Machine Learning
Data-driven problem solving
Data interpretation and insight generation
Working with real-world datasets
