Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Management or Hospital Administration.
• Strong understanding of hospital operations and healthcare management practices.
• Knowledge of AI tools and their applications in healthcare is preferred.
• Good communication, classroom facilitation, and student engagement skills.
• Prior experience in teaching, training, mentoring, or academic facilitation is preferred.
