Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in India is seeking an experienced IT administrator to lead modern endpoint management initiatives. You will work with Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and co-management strategies to manage Windows 10/11 devices across diverse environments.

Key focus areas include Windows Autopilot, MDM/MAM, device compliance, configuration profiles and security baselines, with PowerShell scripting and strong troubleshooting skills to support incident and problem management.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune (MDM & MAM).
• Proven experience in SCCM (Configuration Manager) administration.
• Hands-on experience with SCCM to Intune migration / Co-Management.
• Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11 endpoint management.
• Experience with Windows Autopilot.
• Strong understanding of Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM).
• Experience managing: Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.
• Win32, LOB, Store, and Web applications.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Experience with: Device compliance policies
• Configuration profiles
• Security baselines
• Basic to intermediate PowerShell scripting skills
• Experience with incident and problem management
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
