Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) invites an experienced Microsoft Intune Administrator to join our IT Operations team in Chennai/Bangalore. The role focuses on administering Intune/Endpoint Manager, managing device enrollment, and enforcing security policies across Windows devices.

Candidates should have 10–12 years of hands-on Intune experience, strong Azure AD integration, Autopilot, Defender for Endpoint, and solid documentation and cross‑team collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Manager.
• Strong knowledge of device enrollment, compliance, and configuration policies.
• Experience deploying Win32, Store apps, and Line-of-Business apps via Intune.
• Familiarity with Azure AD integration, Autopilot, Defender for Endpoint, and M365 Security.
• Excellent documentation, SOP creation, and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Manager environment.
• Configure device enrollment, compliance, and configuration policies.
• Deploy and manage applications via Intune.
• Implement and monitor Conditional Access and MAM policies.
• Integrate Intune with Azure AD, Autopilot, Defender for Endpoint, and Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance Center.
• Support Windows Autopilot setup and provisioning for new devices.
• Troubleshoot Intune-related issues (policy sync, enrollment failures, app deployments, etc.).
• Create and maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles for end-user and support teams.
• Collaborate with Security, Network, and Infrastructure teams to enforce compliance and security standards.
• Perform regular reporting and analytics through Endpoint Manager and Power BI (if applicable).
• Stay current with Microsoft Intune updates, roadmap, and best practices.
