Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in India is seeking a skilled Endpoint Management Engineer to administer SCCM/MECM and MEM environments across devices in production. You will manage enrollment, compliance, and lifecycle, and deploy software and updates through Intune and SCCM.

The role involves configuring policies, OSD imaging, and co-management between SCCM and Intune, with emphasis on security and rapid remediation of issues in a large enterprise setting.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience with SCCM/MECM administration and MEM for device management.
• Expertise in Windows 10/11 device management, policy configuration, and OS deployment.
• Strong scripting skills with PowerShell for automation and remediation.
• Experience with endpoint security policies, BitLocker, and vulnerability remediation.
• Proficient in software deployment/packaging and patch management across managed endpoints.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM environments.
• Manage device enrollment, provisioning, compliance, and lifecycle management.
• Deploy and manage applications, patches, and software updates through Intune and SCCM.
• Configure and maintain compliance policies, configuration profiles, security baselines, and conditional access.
• Support Windows Autopilot deployments and modern workplace initiatives.
• Perform OS imaging, task sequence creation, and OS Deployment (OSD).
• Manage endpoint security controls including BitLocker and Defender.
• Implement and support Co-Management between SCCM and Intune.
• Monitor endpoint health, patch compliance, and deployment success rates.
• Troubleshoot device enrollment, application deployment, update and policy issues.
• Create automation scripts using PowerShell for operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Service Desk, Security, and Infrastructure teams to resolve incidents.
• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
