Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Mumbai seeks an experienced Workday HCM technical consultant to design, develop, test, and deploy integrations and modules. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions and build complex queries for data extraction.

Proficiency in Workday Core HR, Absence Management, Time & Labor, Benefits, and Recruiting, plus hands-on experience with at least one module, is required.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in Workday HCM Technical role with hands‑on experience in at least one module (Core HR, Absence Management).
• Strong understanding of SQL concepts including joins, aggregations, subqueries etc.
• Experience working with Agile methodology projects.
