tech carrot, a leading IT service provider, is seeking an experienced WCM/Portal developer to join its global delivery teams. The role focuses on evaluation, development, testing and delivery of HCL DX WCM applications and related business processes.

You will design solutions, implement configurations, and work with REST APIs, XML data integration, and containerized deployments using Docker/Kubernetes. Strong English communication and 5+ years in WCM/Portal are required.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in WCM/Portal development.
• Design solutions in WCM/Portal environments.
• Expert on WCM and DAM REST API.
• Experience with HCL DX as a headless CMS.
• Knowledge of XML data import/export and data transformation.
• Strong Java/J2EE and portlet development skills.
• Knowledge of Docker, containerization, and Kubernetes.
• Excellent English communication.

Job Description

• Provide an expert level of skills & knowledge in the evaluation, development, testing and delivery of HCL DX WCM application and business process developments.
  
• Collaborate with the business in identifying functional requirements for process groups, and create corresponding technical specifications
  
• Create and modify HCL DX WCM configurations using defined development standards, procedures, and design specifications
  
• Develop test scripts, perform unit testing, and contribute to integration testing of development objects
  
• Provide technical support to end users; diagnose and resolve application-related issues, identify root causes, as well as institute corrective actions and preventive measures.
  
• Carry out detailed impact assessments for proposed change requests, proposing alternative cost-effective solutions where appropriate.
  
• Ensure change controls are developed, tested & released according to an agreed schedule and ensure all high business impact changes are escalated as appropriate.
  
• Expected to be involved in support activities and numerous development activities and to have developed excellent business process design skills.
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in WCM/Portal 8/8.5/9 development.
  
• Ability to design solution and implement in WCM/Portal environment.
  
• Expert on WCM and DAM REST API.
  
• Experience on using HCL DX as a headless Content management system
  
• Personalization and search configurations
  
• Extensive knowledge on WCM components design and development
  
• Good understanding of JAVA/J2EE and portlet development
  
• Preferable knowledge on dockers, container and Kubernetes
  
• Experience with XML data import/export, including XML schema validation, data transformation, and integration with enterprise applications.
  
• WCM Debugging skills
  
• Good communication skills in English language.
