Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior IAM professional to design, deploy and manage SailPoint ISC-based Identity Governance solutions. You will configure tenants, integrate diverse auth sources, and develop workflows for access requests.

The role requires 3-7 years of hands-on IAM experience and a certification preference, with opportunities across EY’s global delivery teams. You will contribute to IAM roadmaps, stay current with ISC modules, and mentor junior staff while working in a dynamic, inclusive EY

Qualifications

• 3-7 years in designing and deploying ISC-based Identity Governance and Administration solutions.
• Configure and manage SailPoint ISC tenant, incl. virtual appliances for cloud/on-prem connectivity.
• Integrate auth sources and create identity profiles with transforms.
• Manage identity lifecycle: Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes.
• Develop workflows and forms for access requests and reviews.
• Write Cloud Rules using Java/BeanShell for attribute transformations.
• Build connectors for AD, Azure AD, Workday, Web Services, JDBC.
• Use SailPoint REST APIs for bulk ops, custom reports & integrations (Jira/ServiceNow).
• Understand JSON, XML, REST/SOAP, SCIM protocols.
• Stay updated on ISC modules and AI/CIEM features.
• Sailpoint engineer certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to IAM projects for EY clients globally across engagements.
• Report risks and issues to leadership timely during engagements.
• Ensure work meets EY quality standards and undergoes peer review.
• Coach junior team members and foster a learning culture.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for consultants in the cyber security team to work on various Identity and Access Management projects for our customers across the globe. Also, the professional shall need to report any identified risks within engagements and share any issues and updates with the leadership/management on a timely basis.

As an influential member of the team, you’ll help to create a positive learning culture, coach and counsel junior team members and help them to develop.

As a member of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team this position will contribute towards execution of an IAM roadmap that meets security requirements, implementation and adoption of secrets management, management of machine identities and definition of access policies that meet their needs and are in line with overall IAM Program.

• 3-7 years of experience in designing and deploying ISC-based Identity Governance and Administration solutions.
• Configure and manage SailPoint ISC tenant, including deployment of Virtual Appliances for secure connectivity between cloud and on-premises environments
• Integrate of different auth sources and create identity profiles with transforms.
• Manage identity lifecycle through Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes.
• Develop workflows and custom forms for access requests and access review modules.
• Write and maintain Cloud Rules using Java/BeanShell for complex attribute transformations.
• Build and configure connectors for systems like Active Directory, Azure AD, Workday, Web Services, and JDBC.
• Work with SailPoint REST APIs for bulk operations, custom reporting, and external integrations (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
• Demonstrate strong understanding of JSON, XML, REST/SOAP, and SCIM protocols.
• Stay updated on latest ISC modules and functionalities such as AI and CIEM.
• Sailpoint engineer certification is preferred
