Job summary

EY in Mumbai is seeking an IAM consultant to design and deploy SailPoint ISC solutions as part of the Cyber Security team. The role focuses on identity governance, lifecycle management, and integration with cloud and on-prem systems.

You will work on developing workflows, customizing forms, and extending security controls using Java/BeanShell, REST APIs, and SCIM protocols. A strong understanding of identity management is essential.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in designing and deploying ISC-based Identity Governance and Administration solutions.
• Configure and manage SailPoint ISC tenant, including deployment of Virtual Appliances for secure connectivity between cloud and on-premises environments.
• Integrate of different auth sources and create identity profiles with transforms.
• Manage identity lifecycle through Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes.
• Develop workflows and custom forms for access requests and access review modules.
• Write and maintain Cloud Rules using Java/BeanShell for complex attribute transformations.
• Build and configure connectors for systems like Active Directory, Azure AD, Workday, Web Services, and JDBC.
• Work with SailPoint REST APIs for bulk operations, custom reporting, and external integrations (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
• Demonstrate strong understanding of JSON, XML, REST/SOAP, and SCIM protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing IAM roadmaps that meet security requirements.
• Implement secrets management and machine identity controls.
• Define access policies aligned with IAM program.
• Stay updated on ISC modules and new features like AI and CIEM.
• Coach junior team members and support knowledge sharing.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for consultants in the cyber security team to work on various Identity and Access Management projects for our customers across the globe. Also, the professional shall need to report any identified risks within engagements and share any issues and updates with the leadership/management on a timely basis.

As an influential member of the team, you’ll help to create a positive learning culture, coach and counsel junior team members and help them to develop.

As a member of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team this position will contribute towards execution of an IAM roadmap that meets security requirements, implementation and adoption of secrets management, management of machine identities and definition of access policies that meet their needs and are in line with overall IAM Program.
