Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior IAM Tech BA to drive Identity Governance & Administration initiatives. You will work with global clients to define access policies, oversee RBAC and SoD and ensure alignment with EY quality standards.

You will coach junior team members, participate in maturity assessments, and enable adoption of IAM solutions across engagements. A collaborative, security-focused mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and identity lifecycle management.
• Ability to gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements.
• Hands-on experience with RBAC, SoD, compliance and governance initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to lead workshops with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM engagements and contribute to an IAM roadmap.
• Define access policies aligned with security requirements.
• Deliver onboarding of applications with governance controls.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, deployment readiness and adoption activities.
• Audit readiness and alignment with regulatory standards.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for consultants in the cyber security team to work on various Identity and Access Management projects for our customers across the globe. Also, the professional shall need to report any identified risks within engagements and share any issues and updates with the leadership/management on a timely basis

As an influential member of the team, you’ll help to create a positive learning culture, coach and counsel junior team members and help them to develop.

As a member of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team this position will contribute towards execution of an IAM roadmap that meets security requirements, implementation and adoption of secrets management, management of machine identities and definition of access policies that meet their needs and are in line with overall IAM Program.

Your Key Responsibilities

• 3-5 Years of expertise and strong understanding of end-to-end Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) capabilities and its processes, including Identity Lifecycle Management, Access Requests, Approvals, Access Reviews, RBAC, SoD, and Application Onboarding.
• Proven ability to gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements, translating stakeholder needs into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and implementation-ready requirements.
• Hands-on experience in application onboarding, RBAC, SoD, compliance, and governance initiatives, ensuring alignment with security policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills, with the ability to independently lead workshops and discussions with application owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams for assessments, discovery, and requirements elicitation.
• Experience conducting IGA maturity assessments, current-state and future-state analysis, gap assessments, and providing strategic recommendations to improve governance, automation, and compliance.
• Ability to drive testing, user acceptance, deployment readiness, and adoption activities, ensuring successful implementation and business adoption of IGA solutions
