Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Tech BA in IAM within the Cyber Security team to drive Identity Governance & Administration initiatives for global clients. You’ll contribute to an IAM roadmap, implement secrets management, machine identities, and access policies in line with EY standards.

The role requires 3-5 years of IAM experience, strong requirements gathering, and the ability to lead workshops with business and technical stakeholders to deliver secure, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of expertise in end-to-end Identity Governance & Administration.
• Ability to gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements.
• Hands-on experience in application onboarding, RBAC, SoD, compliance, governance.
• Excellent communication and ability to lead workshops with stakeholders.
• Experience with IGA maturity assessments, current/future-state analysis, and gap assessments.
• Drive testing, user acceptance, deployment readiness, and adoption activities for IGA solutions.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for consultants in the cyber security team to work on various Identity and Access Management projects for our customers across the globe. Also, the professional shall need to report any identified risks within engagements and share any issues and updates with the leadership/management on a timely basis

As an influential member of the team, you’ll help to create a positive learning culture, coach and counsel junior team members and help them to develop.

As a member of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team this position will contribute towards execution of an IAM roadmap that meets security requirements, implementation and adoption of secrets management, management of machine identities and definition of access policies that meet their needs and are in line with overall IAM Program.

Your Key Responsibilities

• 3-5 Years of expertise and strong understanding of end-to-end Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) capabilities and its processes, including Identity Lifecycle Management, Access Requests, Approvals, Access Reviews, RBAC, SoD, and Application Onboarding.
• Proven ability to gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements, translating stakeholder needs into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and implementation-ready requirements.
• Hands-on experience in application onboarding, RBAC, SoD, compliance, and governance initiatives, ensuring alignment with security policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills, with the ability to independently lead workshops and discussions with application owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams for assessments, discovery, and requirements elicitation.
• Experience conducting IGA maturity assessments, current-state and future-state analysis, gap assessments, and providing strategic recommendations to improve governance, automation, and compliance.
• Ability to drive testing, user acceptance, deployment readiness, and adoption activities, ensuring successful implementation and business adoption of IGA solutions
