Job summary

EY is seeking a skilled Identity and Access Management consultant to join our Global Delivery Services team in Bengaluru. You will contribute to IAM roadmap execution, implement secrets management, machine identities, and access policies across client engagements.

You will collaborate with security, governance, and IT teams, perform IGA maturity assessments, governance improvements, and lead workshops; ensure quality and adoption with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience with Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) capabilities and processes.
• Ability to gather, analyze and document business and technical requirements.
• Hands-on onboarding, RBAC, SoD and governance initiatives.

Responsibilities

• IGA end-to-end capabilities including lifecycle, access requests, approvals, reviews, RBAC, SoD, and onboarding.
• Gather, analyze and document requirements; translate into functional specs and user stories.
• Hands-on onboarding, RBAC, SoD, governance aligning with policies and audits.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders for assessments and elicitation.
• Perform IGA maturity assessments and gap analyses with strategic recommendations.
• Drive testing, UAT, deployment readiness and adoption activities.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for consultants in the cyber security team to work on various Identity and Access Management projects for our customers across the globe. Also, the professional shall need to report any identified risks within engagements and share any issues and updates with the leadership/management on a timely basis

As an influential member of the team, you’ll help to create a positive learning culture, coach and counsel junior team members and help them to develop.

As a member of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team this position will contribute towards execution of an IAM roadmap that meets security requirements, implementation and adoption of secrets management, management of machine identities and definition of access policies that meet their needs and are in line with overall IAM Program.

Your Key Responsibilities

• 3-5 Years of expertise and strong understanding of end-to-end Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) capabilities and its processes, including Identity Lifecycle Management, Access Requests, Approvals, Access Reviews, RBAC, SoD, and Application Onboarding.
• Proven ability to gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements, translating stakeholder needs into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and implementation-ready requirements.
• Hands-on experience in application onboarding, RBAC, SoD, compliance, and governance initiatives, ensuring alignment with security policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills, with the ability to independently lead workshops and discussions with application owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams for assessments, discovery, and requirements elicitation.
• Experience conducting IGA maturity assessments, current-state and future-state analysis, gap assessments, and providing strategic recommendations to improve governance, automation, and compliance.
• Ability to drive testing, user acceptance, deployment readiness, and adoption activities, ensuring successful implementation and business adoption of IGA solutions
