Fx31Labs is seeking a Senior Manager or Manager Direct Taxation to lead corporate and international tax initiatives from Ahmedabad. The role focuses on direct and indirect tax, GST, TDS, and transfer pricing, with preferred exposure to GIFT City and regulatory regimes such as FEMA/IFSC.

The candidate will drive tax strategy, ensure compliance, and optimize incentives while collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑growing tech environment.

Qualifications

• CA with 6–10+ years in corporate/international taxation.

Responsabilités

• Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance and planning.
• Manage GST, TDS, and transfer pricing activities.
• Handle cross‑border taxation issues and transfer pricing documentation.
• Coordinate with FEMA/IFSC regimes and leverage available tax incentives.
