Job description

Analyzes and reviews Operations key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement, determine root cause, and develop plans to resolve; leads execution of the resolution.

1. Data Analytic gathering to support tariff mitigation policies and procedures; including preferred methods and measurements, processes, costs, supplier quality control.
2. Understand and then design the routing requirements in a Global Trade Management Systems.
3. Provides knowledge and direction on the ways multiple Trade operations and visibility systems interact. Guide the daily planning team accordingly.
4. Leads analytics for Trade Operations to support tariff mitigation.
5. Facilitates ongoing efficiency improvements.
6. Evaluates model flow results and makes recommendations for improvement.
7. Researches and recommends continuous improvement opportunities for the operation based on external bench marking and industry best practices.
8. Responsible for the Transportation program governing all aspects of our import and export activity. Includes supervising Logistics team members and their daily activity.
9. Responsible for the accuracy of shipment data; including product documentation; to partner with our Trade Operations and Supply Chain teams to proactively address compliance issues.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
2. 5+ yrs. experience
3. Experience with installing efficiency improvements.
4. Trade Management Systems use preferred.
5. Global Trade Experience preferred.
6. Proven understanding of statistics and strong analytic skills
7. Knowledge of LEAN Six Sigma principles and standard project management processes
8. Intuitive ability to recognize innovative opportunities.
9. Expertise in Microsoft Office programs.
10. Excellent communication skills; written and verbal communication skills.
11. Interpersonal skills to deal with all levels of the organization
