• Coordinate with Trade, Key Account, and IDT teams to align data, support enquiries and capture requirements; assist in automating and standardizing trade reporting and analysis.

What would you do?

The role supports the organization s trade operations by ensuring that all trade data/ activities are maintained to support trade activities. Trade Admin will support the Trade Executive & trade manager and collaborate closely with the Trade, Key Account, and IDT teams when needed to ensure data being maintained accordingly.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Have good understanding of End Market trade operation. Support and ensuring key trade data being updated/validated /maintained as per business need in system/ repository Upload and maintain data in the TM&D platform/repository to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Ensure smooth operation and data integrity across TM&D platforms/repository. Troubleshoot and troubleshoot issues as needed. Work closely with Trade, Key Account, and IDT teams when needed to align data, support enquiries & to capture requirement- where needed Support in automating and standardizing trade reporting, and analysis with proper collaboration with relevant stakeholders Escalate and coordinate in case of any report/ dashboard related issues.
