Fame Bliss is seeking a dynamic influencer manager in Mumbai to lead a portfolio of creators, guiding their content direction and platform growth. You will coordinate onboarding, identify brand collaborations, and negotiate terms to maximize impact and revenue.

The role requires strong relationship-building with brands and agencies, meticulous campaign execution, and a data-driven approach to optimize performance while ensuring contractual compliance.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of influencers and acting as their primary point of contact.
• MEGA CREATOR ONBOARDING EXPERIENCE
• Developing and executing growth strategies for talent, including content direction and platform expansion
• Identifying and securing brand collaborations aligned with each influencers personal brand
• Negotiating commercial terms, contracts, deliverables, and timelines
• Coordinating end-to-end campaign execution with a focus on timelines and quality
• Analyzing performance metrics to optimize content and partnerships
• Building and maintaining relationships with brands, agencies, and stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with brand guidelines, platform policies, and contractual obligations
• Supporting talent in building long-term revenue streams beyond brand collaborations
