Job summary

Crest'XO is seeking an accomplished Talent Acquisition leader to drive a scalable hiring strategy aligned with rapid business growth. You will partner with senior leadership on workforce planning, leadership hiring, employer branding, and talent pipelines.

The role focuses on owning the end-to-end TA strategy, guiding leadership and critical hires, and building strong pipelines across functions and locations with a data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 15–20+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition leadership experience.
• Experience across Retail / Manufacturing / Industrial / Automotive / Electrical & Electronics / Technology domains.
• Experience with corporate and leadership hiring across multiple functions and locations.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Experience with an MNC / reputed organization preferred.
• Full-time MBA/PGDM from a premier institute preferred.
• Strong understanding of talent markets, employer branding and modern sourcing practices.
