FedEx Express in Mumbai is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offers, and onboarding. You will partner with hiring managers, build talent pools, maintain a positive candidate experience, negotiate offers, and monitor recruitment metrics to drive time-to-hire improvements.

This role supports a fast-paced environment with 48 weekly hours and opportunities to impact staffing across our MEISA

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing and recruitment techniques.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, job portals, ATS, and recruitment databases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder-management, and coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Responsabilités

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from requirement gathering to offer closure and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, skills, and team fit.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, databases, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments/interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Negotiate offers and support candidates through joining process.
• Maintain and update the recruitment pipeline and candidate database.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, offer-to-joining ratio, and hiring performance.
• Develop and maintain talent pools for current and future hiring requirements.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with policies and regulations.

Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates while building a strong talent pipeline and delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Qualifications
