Job summary

Stanford Laboratories in Gurugram is seeking an energetic recruitment support professional to assist in end-to-end talent acquisition for Production, QA, and QC roles.

You will source candidates through portals, LinkedIn, referrals and campus drives, conduct preliminary screening, schedule interviews, share feedback forms, maintain databases, and support onboarding.

• Candidate Sourcing: Sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and campus drives.
• Screening Support: Conduct preliminary screening calls to assess candidate fit for Production, QA, and QC roles.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, share feedback forms, and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
• Database Management: Maintain updated recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Onboarding Assistance: Support HR team in documentation and induction activities for new hires.
