You will be seen as a trusted partner across the HR function and the business, leaving a lasting and positive imprint on the candidates, hiring leaders and colleagues you work with.
The Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) at Haleon will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for multiple functions and/or countries, driving recruitment strategies and partnering with hiring managers to deliver top talent to the organization. This role will leverage experience and knowledge of recruitment best practices to attract and hire top talent while delivering a positive candidate experience.
