Job summary

Republic Airways offers a structured internship program designed to prepare students for the workforce. The program includes mentorship, opportunities to shadow multiple departments, and professional development workshops, along with exposure to the aviation industry and relocation assistance if applicable.

Interns will support recruiting operations, data reporting, and CRM initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in talent acquisition and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in relevant fields with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills are required.
• Ability to work independently and in teams with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Support administration of recruiting systems including ATS and CRM tools.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data and candidate records.
• Create recruiting reports, dashboards, and metrics for decisions.
• Assist with talent pipeline management and outreach campaigns.
• Provide operational support from application to onboarding.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
• Perform other duties, analyses, and presentations as assigned.

Essential Duties

• Support the administration and maintenance of recruiting systems, including applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM platforms, and reporting tools.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data and ensure candidate records are updated and compliant.
• Create and distribute recruiting reports, dashboards, and metrics to support business decisions.
• Assist with talent pipeline management, candidate outreach campaigns, and CRM initiatives.
• Provide general operational support to ensure a seamless hiring process from application through onboarding.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and candidate experience.
• Performs other duties, analyses, reports, and presentations as assigned

EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree (B.A. / B.S.) in Business Analytics, HR, Data Analytic, Communications, Marketing, or realted
• Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a business group
• Strong analytical skill

Other Qualifications

• Ability to work onsite at our Carmel Headquarters location, unless otherwise directed by hiring manager
• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week with a minimum of 20 hours for spring and fall interns
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship

Language Skills

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.

Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
