Republic Airways offers an internship program in Human Resources designed to prepare students for the workforce. The program includes mentorship, shadowing across departments, and professional development workshops with direct exposure to the aviation industry.

Interns will engage in data analysis, process-improvement research, and collaboration across teams while onsite at our Carmel Headquarters. Relocation assistance and competitive hourly pay are available where applicable.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management or related field.
• Minimum 2.5 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a business group.
• Strong analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Observe Safety department meetings.
• Analyze Safety data.
• Identify trends in data and present findings to senior management.
• Research data to assist in process improvement for any interfacing departments.
• Understand company emergency response procedures and assist in improvement of existing procedures.
• Participate in operational risk assessments.

EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree (B.A. / B.S.) in Aviation Management, Operational Analysis/ Management, Industrial Management, Engineering, or similar field of study

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a business group

Other Qualifications

• Ability to work onsite at our Carmel Headquarters location, unless otherwise directed by hiring manager


• Ability to workup to40hours perweek with a minimum of 20 hours for spring and fall interns


• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
