Job summary

OCS Group India is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the corporate recruitment team and drive PAN India hiring across functions and units. You will partner with Branch HR teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality talent for leadership, strategic, and confidential roles.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in Talent Acquisition, demonstrated leadership, and strong data-driven recruitment capabilities. Occasional travel may be required to support business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Administration or related field.
• 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with proven leadership of recruitment teams.
• Experience in leadership hiring, stakeholder management, and recruitment operations.
• Hands-on experience with recruitment dashboards, MIS reporting, and data-driven recruitment strategies.
• Preferred experience in Facilities Management, Engineering, Infrastructure, Hospitality.
• Willingness to travel occasionally based on business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team to deliver quality hiring within agreed timelines.
• Oversee PAN India recruitment requirements across corporate offices, regional teams and business divisions.
• Collaborate with Branch HR teams and provide recruitment support whenever required.
• Manage end-to-end hiring for leadership, niche, strategic, and confidential positions.
• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and build effective hiring strategies.
• Develop and maintain recruitment dashboards, MIS reports, hiring metrics, and talent analytics.
• Reporting to management on recruitment updates, hiring trends, actionable insights.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, with a proven track record of managing recruitment teams, bulk recruitment.
• Strong expertise in leadership hiring, stakeholder management, and recruitment operations.
• Hands-on experience with recruitment dashboards, hiring metrics, MIS reporting, and data-driven recruitment strategies.
