Job summary

Cafe Coffee Day in Bengaluru is seeking a senior Talent Acquisition lead to drive PAN-India bulk frontline hiring across the Café business. You will coordinate with regional TA teams and ensure timely closure of manpower requirements across locations.

You will build and manage multiple sourcing channels, own hiring TAT, vacancies and joining closures, and partner with HR and Operations to align hiring priorities.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of Talent Acquisition experience with strong hands-on experience in bulk/high-volume hiring.
• Proven experience in frontline/blue-collar hiring at scale, preferably across multiple locations.
• Experience managing or coordinating a PAN-India/multi-location TA team.
• Strong understanding of frontline sourcing channels and local talent markets.
• Experience managing recruitment targets, TAT and hiring MIS.
• Strong stakeholder and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and drive the PAN-India TA team to achieve hiring targets and manpower requirements.
• Own hiring TAT, vacancies, ageing, offer-to-join ratio and joining closures.
• Build and manage multiple sourcing channels including referrals, job portals, local sourcing, walk-ins, job fairs and recruitment agencies.
• Partner with Regional HR and Operations teams to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
• Drive recruitment campaigns and mass hiring initiatives across cities and locations.
• Track hiring performance through regular MIS and dashboards and take corrective actions where required.
• Guide and coach the TA team on sourcing, screening, interview coordination and candidate conversion.
• Identify regional hiring challenges and implement innovative sourcing strategies to improve volume, speed and joining conversion.
